BDS – Second Year
The second year of the BDS program focuses on understanding oral diseases, infection control, dental pharmacology, and foundational prosthodontic concepts. This course strengthens diagnostic knowledge and prepares students for clinical dental practice.

• General & Dental Pathology
Inflammation, healing processes, cysts, tumors, and disease mechanisms affecting oral and systemic health.
• Microbiology
Oral Microbiology, Immunology, and Dental Caries focusing on infection, immunity, and oral disease prevention.
• Pharmacology
Analgesics, antibiotics, and local anesthetics essential for safe and effective dental treatment.
• Preclinical Prosthodontics
Introduction to dental materials, denture basics, and foundational prosthetic concepts.
